Allow drying & prepare
After washing, the concrete must meet the chosen product's moisture and preparation requirements. We check suitable weather and application conditions before sealing.
Apply & allow to cure
We apply the selected concrete sealer according to product requirements and explain when the surface can reopen to foot traffic, furniture and vehicles.

Is the sealer applied immediately after pressure washing?
Pressure washing comes first, followed by the drying and preparation required for the selected sealer. The surface must meet the manufacturer's requirements before application; sealing is not automatically performed while the concrete is still wet.

Yes, we assess stamped concrete and concrete retaining walls for suitable sealing options. Existing coatings, surface condition, moisture and wall construction determine the appropriate preparation and product.
How long will the sealer last?
